Where We Ship:

At this time, Breezy Mack’s Cosmic Cats ships only within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Times:

• Standard Domestic: 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited: Available at checkout (cost varies)

Carriers:

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking:

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Returns

Eligibility:

• We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Non Returnable Items:

• Custom or made to order items

• Clearance items

• Personal care products (e.g., incense)

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange Shipping:

• Customers pay for shipping the original item back.

• We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item (within the U.S.).

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at cosmicare@mackscats.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
