Q: What products do you sell?
A: We offer a unique selection of celestial inspired incense, beaded jewelry, cosmic themed accessories, and more.
Q: Do you restock items that sell out?
A: Most of our core items will be restocked, but many are made in small batches, so once they’re gone, they may be gone for good. Follow us on Instagram for restock alerts.
Orders & Payment
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at cosmicare@mackscats.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Right now, our little cosmic kitties are staying close to home , we currently ship only within the United States. We hope to explore international shipping in the future!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and typically arrive 3-7 days after processing. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom, made to order, clearance, and personal care items are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
